All-in Yoga was first released on the iPhone and iPad, and now it appears on the Mac in its full glory plus a fullscreen training mode and an affordable price. This yoga app is more than a reference guide. It can actually help you to know more about yoga and get you started to practice the art form on your own. This app can also be used to plan your routines and includes a calendar to track your trainings.

There are more than 250 poses and breathing exercises, complete with detailed instructions to guide you, including photos, videos and voice audio. All the exercises are grouped into "Beginner", "Intermediate", "Advanced" and "Guru". The "Fast Mode" let you create your own programs easily by making the selection of exercises simple because of the grouping. There are many basic ones to choose from if you're a rookie. If you don't know where to start, you can always utilize one of the most useful feature - the "Quick Recipes" mode, which consists of 25 ready-made programs that you can straightaway follow and get going. These comprehensive routines are also similarly grouped which again make the selection convenient and easy.

Other worth-mentioning features include the "Personal Yoga Teacher" mode (which can select the best routine for you based on your parameters), the adjustable interval timer for duration of poses, the detailed 3D human models showing muscles involved and not to mention the 6 built-in selectable yoga tunes.

All-in Yoga is an extensive but inexpensive yoga training utility for all levels of yoga practitioners, from casual to expert. Recommended if you already practice yoga but need an app to plan and organize your sessions or want to get started in yoga and try some basic moves yourself.

to understand this topic. You understand a whole lot its almost tough to argue with you (not that I really would want
to…HaHa). You certainly put a fresh spin on a subject that has been
written about for ages. Great stuff, just great!
